When I started my career,.png

I went from intern to full-time consultant in 4 months. I had very limited experience, yet at 24 years old, I served in a highly-coveted role on the selective consulting arm of a major PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that exclusively served c-level executives across the nation.

At 25, I was tasked with reorganizing the physician structure of a leading children’s hospital. During the interview for the position that led me there, I actually asked, “How did I land a timeslot on your calendar?” - because I knew I was (massively) underqualified on paper. The interviewer responded that I had essentially been ushered in on a streak of excellent first impressions.

A year later, I earned the opportunity to serve as the lead consultant, thought partner, and strategist on the people side of a technology transformation for a $110B+ company. The project culminated in an esteemed award for exemplary navigation of challenges and crafting creative and innovative solutions.

Soon after, I was hand-selected to support a leader of a Fortune 50 company through a time of unprecedented growth.

The deal was the biggest in my firm’s history and called for hundreds of consultants and...Nicole Hope.

After my external consulting days, I was recruited into industry at one of the top retailers in the world specifically for my ability to “punch above my weight class” and advise officer-level leaders.

I HAD INCREASED MY INCOME BY

7X IN 7 YEARS.


I had developed a reputation for being an

asker of provocative questions

that I continue to hold in high regard today.

  • My leadership on projects was sought-after, highly valued, and widely recognized.

I had rapidly achieved wild success in determining how to reach bigger goals and realize bigger dreams, faster.

And my favorite part?

COACHING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

With this in mind, I left a multiple six-figure corporate leadership position to actualize my ultimate thrive mode. I started coaching brilliant humans in their career growth and life design and saw exceptional results as they skyrocketed in their success, fulfillment, and overall happiness. These results have extended to their companies, communities, and those they serve…
