I went from intern to full-time consultant in 4 months. I had very limited experience, yet at 24 years old, I served in a highly-coveted role on the selective consulting arm of a major PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that exclusively served c-level executives across the nation.
At 25, I was tasked with reorganizing the physician structure of a leading children’s hospital. During the interview for the position that led me there, I actually asked, “How did I land a timeslot on your calendar?” - because I knew I was (massively) underqualified on paper. The interviewer responded that I had essentially been ushered in on a streak of excellent first impressions.
A year later, I earned the opportunity to serve as the lead consultant, thought partner, and strategist on the people side of a technology transformation for a $110B+ company. The project culminated in an esteemed award for exemplary navigation of challenges and crafting creative and innovative solutions.
Soon after, I was hand-selected to support a leader of a Fortune 50 company through a time of unprecedented growth.
The deal was the biggest in my firm’s history and called for hundreds of consultants and...Nicole Hope.
After my external consulting days, I was recruited into industry at one of the top retailers in the world specifically for my ability to “punch above my weight class” and advise officer-level leaders.
